In a co-creative setting, we listen and learn to create DtC and/or B2B content that is easy for web, marketing and sales teams to use. In time, we operate with greater autonomy, to work within a team’s deadlines.
As such, we do not handle web design, but we do love working with web designers. We do not handle any graphic design work, but we do love working in teams alongside graphic designers.
We love challenging writing assignments. We start by asking questions, listening and conducting research. There's usually existing collateral, which we explore with an aces and spaces analysis of the idea. This leads to a framework, and a clear path to repeatable, concise messaging.
Yes. Some clients target a more local audience. We can deliver hand-written, error-free, micro-local content, by rolling up our sleeves and doing the writing. No shortcuts, no outsourcing, no AI.
Yeah! Like any good comedian, we do comedy seriously. With experience consistently writing in several brand voices, sometimes we're lucky enough to get to create funny content.
Yes - a really short one. One of the hallmarks of our working culture is our Laughably Simple Service Agreement. Keeping it simple allows us to stay focused on what is most important, working for our clients' success. Our service agreement is one page long, takes a minute to review, and only the most important details are included. For example, if, for any reason, either party wishes to call the relationship off, that is not a problem at all. There are no signature lines.
